SPECIAL WASTE
YARD WASTE
If your municipality has partnered with Modern for yard waste collection, please place grass clippings, landscape debris, bundled branches, and leaves out to the curb for collection.

HAZARDOUS WASTE
Modern is not permitted to handle hazardous waste.

BULK ITEMS
Sometimes an item just will not fit into your regular trash containers. Furniture, mattresses, rugs and carpets, and large appliances are called bulk waste. Modern can service your bulk waste.
Check with your municipality if bulk waste pickup is included in your curbside service, or Speak to a Representative to find out or to arrange a pickup.
